Ceramics Studio Sale

This weekend The Bakehouse Studio in Marrickville is having an annual Xmas sale. About 14 makers have made unique works for sale. Most of the makers are continuously honing their skills and each have individual styles.

Lisa Hoelzl who runs the studio, actually its more of a creative community space that encourages all creativity.

Some of the artists that I have met at The Bakehouse Studio, their work can be found in my shop in Dulwich Hill.

See the work of Monika Lencse who is the maker of the ceramic sea creature airplants, available online or in the shop.

I also have made some ceramic work that has been inspired by the sea. I have combined some pearl jewellery like my Nerida earrings and my water inspired Teardrop earrings and more. Clay is a medium so opposite to metal, that i find liberating.
